I'm Lauren

After years of successfully growing my fitness business account on Instagram, I started helping some friends. Friends turned into "Wow, I’m quite good at this,” which turned into referrals and businesses wanting to work with me, which turned into a boutique agency.

Today I work with brands in the UK (mostly in fitness, health, and consumer products) looking to grow their socials presence, reach new audiences, and put their brand in front of their ideal customers.

How do we communicate?

Over time I've found WhatsApp to be the best way to communicate with my clients. Gold users also get a 45-minute brainstorming call each month.

What software do you use?

For static content I create using Canva. Video content is usually filmed either with a DSLR camera or with the latest-gen iPhone and is edited with CapCut.

Do I need to provide the content?

Short answer is no, however this is dependant on your product/service. If you are a service provider, I sometimes use stock images or create new ones using AI. If you are selling a physical product i.e. a chocolate bar with your logo on, I will need images from you, logos, colours etc. We discuss this in a call as it varies with every client but anything is possible!

When will I start seeing results?

We'll constantly keep an eye on your Instagram and Facebook numbers—reach, views, engagement, and clicks. These will help us see what's working and what isn't, so we can tweak your content to better connect with your audience.

But social media is more than just about numbers; it's about building a community that genuinely cares about your brand. It's about earning their trust. What counts is not attracting followers, but creating loyal customers who feel connected to your brand. These people who are the ones who are most likely to buy.

I won’t promise you a 50% increase in followers in one month. If someone promises you that, you should be cautious. My main goal is to build your brand’s identity in a way that resonates with your target audience. As we strengthen that foundation, the right numbers will naturally come.
